Simple for members

  • No manager system to learn — members only see their own matches
  • Opens from your club's link in the phone's browser — no app store download and no password
  • Members enter their Badminton England membership number once on that device
  • Can be added to the phone's home screen, like an app

What players can do

  • See upcoming matches for their team
  • Answer Yes, Not sure or No, with an optional reason, and change it later
  • See when they're selected, and if they drop out, the manager is told
  • See their match fee and your bank details, then tap “I've paid”

Reminders & alerts

  • Reminders appear inside PhoenixHub Vote about 10 and 5 days before a match if a player hasn't answered or said Not sure
  • Managers can nudge everyone who hasn't answered
  • Optional phone alerts: each member turns them on. On iPhone, add PhoenixHub Vote to the Home Screen first (iOS 16.4 or later)

PhoenixHub doesn't send email or text-message alerts.

Match fees come straight from squad selection — nothing to re-type.

  • Unpaid → Claimed Paid when the player taps “I've paid” → Confirmed Paid when a manager has checked it
  • Expected, confirmed, claimed and outstanding amounts per match and for the season
  • Credit and refunds shown as recorded; reminders for unpaid fees
  • Membership fees, court and shuttle reimbursements, match and club expenses
  • CSV export for your treasurer

PhoenixHub doesn't take payments or connect to your bank. Players pay by bank transfer as usual; a manager checks the bank and confirms each payment in PhoenixHub.

Turn badminton scoresheets into match data with less manual entry

AI-assisted scoresheet reading, built into recording a result.

  • Upload a photo or PDF of the league scoresheet
  • PhoenixHub reads the rubbers and scores into a draft result and matches player names to your members
  • Anything it isn't sure about is flagged
  • A manager reviews and corrects the draft — nothing is saved until they confirm it
